PRICES

Prices quoted are per week. Bookings are made on a weekly basis with arrival time after 4 pm and departure time of 10 am. For out of season bookings it may be possible to change arrival and departure days.

PAYMENT

Payment would be appreciated by cheque from a bank or building society. Cheques should be made payable to J S Morgan, we are sorry we cannot accept credit cards.

A phone call or email will provisionally book the bungalow for you . This booking will hold for 7 days during which it would be appreciated if we could receive the completed booking form and deposit. The balance payment will then be due 4 weeks before the commencement of your holiday.

CANCELLATION

In the event of cancellation the balance will still be payable 4 weeks before the commencement of the period. We will do our utmost to obtain a replacement booking and if successful will refund the payment.

NON AVAILABILITY OF BUNGALOW

If for any reason beyond our control, for example fire damage, the property is not available on the days booked all payments will be refunded in full but we shall not be liable for any further costs.

GENERAL

All electric is included. This is strictly a NON SMOKING bungalow

DOGS

You are responsible for your dogs behaviour. You are expected to clean up after your dog and keep it on a lead at all times whilst on the site. We the proprietors are not responsible for any accidents that your dog may cause or have while on the site. Please do not allow your dog on the furniture or beds.
